Phyllis has been part of the Golden Heart Team for one year, and has been a caregiver for 26 years. She is from Los Angeles, California and has lived in Las Vegas for about six years. She has worked in group homes in California for 22 years, worked with hospice, and clients with behavioral needs. She is a big proponent of keeping her clients in their homes because that is where they are the happiest.
