Latalya’s journey in healthcare began as a Dialysis Technician (Patient Care Technician), where she developed a passion for helping others and making a difference in their lives. Her commitment to caregiving became even more personal when her grandmother became ill. Latalya stepped in as her caregiver, providing compassionate support and assistance with her daily care needs.
What Latalya enjoys most about being a caregiver is the opportunity to give back and positively impact the lives of others. She strongly believes in treating people with kindness and compassion, knowing that those actions can come full circle.
In her own words:
“You get what you give. So hopefully when I get older—we all get older—I’ll receive the same, if not similar, care that I give.”
