Continuing to get physical activity will help your senior loved ones stay at a healthy weight. Limiting calories to a healthy amount and getting regular exercise are the best things that seniors can do to stay at a healthy weight. Volunteer work is a fantastic way for seniors to socialize and do some meaningful work.
